Some important dates to remember for the upcoming trustee elections are:
- Wednesday, January 30, 2013: First day to file an application for a place on the ballot
- Friday, March 1, 2013: Deadline for ordering a general election
- Friday, March 1, 2013: Candidate filing deadline
- Monday, March 4, 2013: First day an unopposed election may be cancelled
- Monday, April 29 – Tuesday, May 7, 2013: Early voting in person
- Saturday, May 11, 2013: Election Day
- Tuesday, May 14 – Wednesday, May 22, 2013: Canvassing period
