In 2003, I made the best decision of my life after being in the field of social work for ten years (which I have to say was also a very rewarding experience). I decided to join the wonderful world of educators. I have a Bachelor's degree from Our Lady of the Lake in Social Work and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas State University. In 2008, I was accepted into Region XIII's Principalship program and also hired for my very first administrator position.
I am the proud Assistant Principal at Cedar Creek Elementary where all students achieve their highest potential due to the continued support they receive from their parents, teachers and volunteers in a variety of curricular and extracurricular activities.
