My name is Megan Hoover and I teach K-4 Special Education.  Though I am a certified Special Ed teacher, I also have certifications in Art and ESL.  I received my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with an emphasis in reading from Texas A&M Corpus Christi.  This is my second year at Bluebonnet Elementary.
