Strategic Priorities

We have identified five strategic priorities that serve as the overarching “big ideas” guiding Bastrop ISD as we work to become a destination district of excellence. While these priorities do not encompass every goal of the District, they represent the key areas of focus that will guide our work. Each year, the District will establish Annual Performance Objectives for each of the five strategic priority areas.

Our Performance Objectives for each Strategic Priority are:

 

District of Choice

      • We will increase literacy, math, and College-Career-Military Readiness (CCMR) outcomes.

      • We will strengthen classroom instructional competencies.

      • We will ensure safe, supportive, and disciplined learning environments.

 

Exceptional People
