Bastrop ISD offers a comprehensive and engaging band program that spans both middle and high school levels, providing students with a strong foundation in music and opportunities to grow as performers. Beginning in middle school, students are introduced to instrumental music through structured programs that focus on basic music theory, performance skills, and ensemble playing.
