BHS Hosts Free Heart Screenings for Teens
Championship Hearts Foundation is partnering with the Christian Harman Memorial Golf Tournament to coordinate a free heart screening for Bastrop County teens ages 14-18. This year’s event will take place Saturday, November 8, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Bastrop High School.

Denise Guerrero Named Principal of Adelton Elementary
Bastrop ISD has named Bluebonnet Assistant Principal Denise Guerrero to serve as the inaugural principal of Adelton Elementary School, one of two new schools passed in the 2023 Bond.
