ELA and History Instructional Coach: Margo Bullock

Mrs. Bullock is joining Cedar Creek Middle School as an instructional coach, a role that she previously held at Bastrop Intermediate School for three years where she was a key figure in the campus turn around. Prior to joining the team at Bastrop Intermediate School, Mrs. Bullock has served in several roles in education, most notably as Principal of Sharpstown Middle School in Houston for 25 years.  Mrs. Bullock is a proud University of Texas alumni and is so excited to work with the students and staff at CCMS!

Math and Science Instructional Coach: Shawn Smith

 Mr. Smith is an educator with 21 years experience, serving in the classroom for 16 years teaching Science, Social Studies, AVID, Math, and Algebra I all in grades 6-8. Additionally Mr. Smith has 6 years in various administrative roles including Assistant Principal, Principal, and Director of Operations. Most recently Mr. Smith was serving the students in Pearland ISD as 8th Grade Math and Algebra I teacher.  Mr. Smith is an alumnus of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (BS 1999) and Tarleton State University (M.Ed. 2004). Mr. Smith is originally from Belton, TX and has three sons: Caleb will be a senior at Texas A&M University; Caden will be a senior at New Tech at Waskow High School in Belton ISD; and Carter will be a Sophomore at Austin Regents Classical Academy.

Multi-Tiered Systems of Support Coach: Aaron Smithers

Mr. Smithers is joining the CCMS team from Pflugerville Middle School where he served as department head and member of campus leadership team. As a teacher Mr. Smithers spent the past 10 years teaching social studies.  Mr. Smithers has degrees in Theater and Secondary Education for Indiana as well as a Masters in Educational Leadership from Texas State University.
