  • Hello Bastrop Band Members! My name is Rachel Stern and I am the Assistant Director of Bands at Bastrop Middle School. This is my first year in Bastrop and my fourth year teaching band! I previously taught in South Florida. I graduated from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and my primary instrument is the tuba.
