  • Invitation to Review Textbooks

    Parents are invited to review the textbooks and related resources that are being considered for district-wide adoption by BISD for K-8 English Language Arts and Reading. The textbooks and related resources are available to examine at the BISD Service Center at 906 Farm Street on February 19 from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm and on February 20-22 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

  • Get Your 2019-2020 Academic Calendar

    The BISD Board of Trustees approved the 2019-2020 Academic Calendar at its January 15, 2019 regular meeting. "Calendar A" from the input window was recommended and approved. The final version of the calendar, which underwent a re-design, can be downloaded here and will continue to be available on the Calendar section of this website.

  • Bastrop Area Livestock Show

    Mark your calendars for the Bastrop Area Livestock Show being held at the Show Barn on American Legion Drive. This annual community-wide event will take place March 1-2. Judging begins on Friday, including exhibits from our students in Floral Design, Agricultural Mechanics, and Art. Saturday is the Antique Farm Show. You won't want to miss this community event that's fun for the whole family!
