Cedar Creek Intermediate

 This is my second year at CCIS. I was born and raised in Eastern Kentucky. After high school, I joined the US Army.  I went to college while on active duty.  I am an Afghan and Iraq War Veteran. In my last 2 assignments in the Army, I served in Instructional Leadership roles, teaching, and coaching. However, I always knew I wanted to teach at a much younger level. I teach 5th Grade English/Language Arts and couldn't have been happier.  I am married, have 2 children, and live in Cedar Creek, TX.  As we navigate our year and become academically stronger, I want to strive to develop young leaders along the way.  I look forward to meeting your family.
