Hello Cedar Creek Intermediate School Community,

I am thrilled to join Cedar Creek Intermediate as your new Assistant Principal! As I embark on my 16th year in education, I am eager to contribute to our school's growth and success.

My journey in education has been both diverse and rewarding. I began my career as an athletic coach and physical education teacher, where I developed a passion for fostering teamwork and resilience. Transitioning into the classroom, I served as a Special Education Teacher and later as a Special Education Coordinator, gaining deep insights into creating supportive learning environments tailored to individual needs. I have also worked as a High School Assistant Principal, where I focused on enhancing student achievement and developing strong school-community partnerships.

I firmly believe that every classroom should be an inclusive space where all students have equal opportunities to learn and thrive. It is essential to create an atmosphere that welcomes diversity and promotes respect, allowing every student to feel valued and supported. By embracing inclusive practices, we can ensure that each student’s unique needs are met and that they are provided with the best possible opportunities to succeed.
