What is SkillsUSA?

We are a student-led organization that promotes leadership, skills and community service through various contests and activities during the school year.

Mission/Purpose:

The mission of Bastrop SkillsUSA Texas Chapter 2670 is to provide opportunities for its members to become successful and productive citizens, employees and leaders, accomplished through a structured program of leadership training activities, communication and business partnerships.

How do you join?

SkillsUSA is open to any student that is enrolled in the Automotive Technology program at Bastrop High School. Interested students should contact James Cunningham.

Meetings?

Meetings are held monthly in the Auto Tech classroom, and in the morning before school.

Extra Information

Time and meeting dates will be announced later and will vary depending on contest dates and need.
