ABOUT ME

   My name is Kirsten Laskowski and I have been teaching for 28 years.  I began my teaching career in Huntsville, Texas after graduating from Sam Houston State University.  Double majoring in English and Education and minoring in Psychology, I received my BA and 6-12 secondary English teaching certificate in 1992.  I am AP trained and ESL certified. 

   I have been teaching in Bastrop since 1998.  My goals are that all students reach their full potential and gain the skills to be life-long learners.  Currently, I live in Bastrop with my husband, my two teenage sons, and my dog.
