Kenneth Parker

  • I feel that I am truly fortunate to work in Bastrop ISD and to work with the best students at Cedar Creek High School.  I was at CCHS when we had our first graduating class and I am proud to return to “The Creek”.  There is definitively a sense of togetherness working for the benefit of educating all.

I came back to Bastrop ISD from a short stint of retiring from education and working at H-E-B as a Manager In Charge (MIC).  During my 33-year career as an educator, I have served as an English Teacher, Coach, Counselor, Assistant Principal, and Principal.

I walked on at Sam Houston State University playing football for the Bearkats for two years and earned my Bachelor of Arts in Education in 1984.  I received my Masters in Educational Counseling from the University of Houston-Victoria in 1993.

Please know that I am here to serve you and assist your son or daughter in making good choices while setting and achieving goals for their future.  GO EAGLES!
