David MacRoberts was named the principal of Bluebonnet Elementary in July 2019. He comes from New Braunfels ISD where he's been working as a principal at Veramendi Elementary.

Mr. MacRoberts has a master’s degree in educational leadership from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University). He is currently pursuing doctoral work at Texas State University.
