Hi, my name is Reagan Wilhelm, and I am very excited to be teaching third grade this year at Cedar Creek Elementary. I received my Bachelor's degree from Texas State University for Wildlife Biology, as well I received my alternative teaching degree from Iteach. I am Ec-6 certified general education and ESL certified teacher. I started teaching here in 2020 as a third grade teacher and have loved every minute of it! I am originally from the Bastrop area and I am so excited that I get to give back to the community that has given so much to me. When I am not at school teaching I can be found helping on my family cattle ranch, or down on the coast fishing.
This year in third grade math and science we will be focusing on trying to fill the gaps that are there from the crazy covid year! We will be learning the foundation of multiplication, division, and fractions. These are foundational skills that they will need to possess to be able to be successful in the future grades. We will share, ask questions, and talk about our learning in collaboration to grow as a class! It is my goal to make learning as fun as I can for my students, so that way they can enjoy learning!
