Bastrop Works
-
Bastrop Works is a transition program that assists recent high school graduates to achieve their own levels of independence so they can become employed and potentially live on their own. The program focuses on the four domains of transition: Adult Living, Life Long Learning, Social Recreational and Leisure, and Employment. The student’s plans are unique and individual. Each student has a plan that has been developed from Life Plan meetings that have taken place with each student and their family. The classes are designed to lead to a sustainable life with the maximum independence for each student and their individual needs.
