The historic Emile Elementary School is one of the oldest schools in Bastrop ISD and is home to nearly 770 Cub students. Emile welcomed more than 800 students in the fall of 2021. The campus is one of the oldest schools in Bastrop ISD. It first opened its doors in 1892. Since then the campus has undergone changes, but our love for our Emile cubs remains the same. Emile Elementary is also home to one of the two Child Development Centers in Bastrop ISD.
